You can change your e-mail address, or any other account information by clicking on “Log In” located at the top of GospelVideoExpress.com under the main tabs. This will bring you to an account login page. Enter the e-mail address you used to register then click continue. This will take you to your “Control Panel“ menu. Click on “Your Account“ in that menu you can change your billing address, e-mail address and password . When you are finished click “Update Account”.

You can view your order(s) by clicking on “Log In” located at the top of the GospelVideoExpress.com under the main tabs. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out the fields and login. This will take you to your “Control Panel“. Click on “Your Orders”. Here you will see all of your orders. Click “More Info“ on the invoice you wish to view. This will give you the full details of your order as well as shipping information.

Track your order

Please fill out the fields and login. This will take you to your “Control Panel“. Click on “Your Orders”. Here you will see all of your orders. Click “More Info“ on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the tracking number under ”status” to view detailed UPS or USPS tracking information.
