Shipping costs/Policies
At this time, we only offer shipping to the 50 states of America and APO / FPO addresses. For cost see chart below.

Do you ship outside the United States / International?
No, not at this pressent time. We only ship inside the United States and APO / FPO addressed but we will offer this option soon. Please check back.

Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. For those occasions during the holiday season when you need something in a hurry, we offer premium next day service for select products at an additional charge.

Sales Tax
Merchandise ordered from Gospel Video Express, outside of Arkansas, is tax free . Sales tax at the rate of 6.25% is added to the subtotal for items shipped to a Arkansas address.

When can you expect delivery of your order?
Most items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number if ackliable. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is “In Progress”. You can expect your package to arrive at your door 3 - 5 business days from the ship date.

Track your order
You can track your order by clicking on “Log In” located under the main menu tabs of GospelVideoExpress.com. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out the fields and then click 'Login'. This will take you to your account "Control Panel' menu. Click on “Your Orders" Click 'More Info' on the invoice you wish to track . Under 'Status' you can click the UPS or USPS tracking information. If your item has not been shipped you will see “In Progress”. Please rest assured that most items leave our warehouses two business days from the purchase date.

Order never received?
We strive to ship items accurately and use a trackable service for almost every product on our Web site to try to prevent your item getting lost in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10-14 day time frame, please click here and contact one of our customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.
