You don't need to create an account in order to shop with us. As you place your first order online, the order process will collect the needed information, and file it into our system.

Finding a specific item
At the top of any page, you will find tabs that give you easy access to our VHS and DVD collection. Once clicked it will give you access to the sub-categories in those sections. When you click on any of these tabs, our site takes you to that section and displays our products.

We also have a great search feature on our site that makes finding exactly what you're looking for a snap!

If you are looking for a particular item, stay on our home page. At the top of the page you'll see a search box on the upper left part of the page under the tabs. Here, you can search by typing in the keywords describing the item you desire. ex. John Doe Videos. The search function searches for the keyword in both the name and the item description.

Placing Items in Your Shopping Cart
To purchase items from our site you need to place them in our electronic shopping cart. Simply click on the 'add to basket' button on the item's product information page. You can continue adding items to your cart until you're ready to make your purchase. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'edit basket' button located in the shopping cart on any page.

Completing the Checkout Process

Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct. After you've finished shopping, simply click on "CHECKOUT."

• Account Login:
  When you have completed your shopping and have clicked "CHECKOUT" you will be taken to a Log In / Register page. Here we will ask if you are a return or new customer. Please login accordingly, and click 'Continue'.
  
  If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot your password?' to have your password e-mailed to you.
  
  For your convenience your name and billing address information from your last order will be used for the current order you are placing.
  
  
• Billing & Shipping Addresses:
  If the address you are shipping your order to is the same as your billing information, select 'yes' to 'Use this address as shipping address'? If not, select 'no', click continue and complete the shipping address form on the following page.
  
  
• Who will ship your order?
  All orders from GospelVideoExpress are shipped via UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). Due to orders being fulfilled from different warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of these carriers. Your items may be shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. You can find out who is shipping your items by tracking your order once it ships.
  All orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.
  
  
• Payment options
  The final section to complete your order is to select which payment option you'd like to use. GospelVideoExpress.com allows you to pay via major credit card, PayPal or mail a check or money order to our address. By default Visa is selected to switch to another credit card type or Mail Check, click the down arrow on the Payment Option box in the check out screen and select the payment method you wish to use.
  
  We may contact you within two business days via e-mail and/or phone to verbally verify your order. We may not be able to ship your order if this information is inconsistent.
  
  
• Are credit card transactions on GospelVideoExpress.com safe? Absolutely! In fact, statistically it's safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. GospelVideoExpress.com never sees your credit card information because it is processed via VeriSign or PayPal. If you would like more information about their credit card security policy please visit www.paypal.com and www.verisign.com.
  
  
• Review all the billing information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click 'Continue' to review the final details of your order.

Completing your order
Please make sure that you review all the billing and shipping information, as well as all the products selected on the last page of the order process. If you wish to change any of the information, please click on the edit links provided. This will take you back to your shopping cart where you can remove items from your cart or make any necessary changes. The edit links will take you back to the particular entry that needs to be corrected. Please continue through the order process again to complete your purchase.

When you have determined that all the information is correct please click 'Complete Order', and wait for PayPal's page to appear. DO NOT double-click or the system might duplicate your order.

You will be e-mailed immediately with confirmation of your order, including your order information and an invoice number.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. Refunds are only give in the event that the product your ordered is not available

Need to Return an Item?
You can return most items sold at GospelVideoExpress.com within 30 days for a full refund if the item is unopened and still in its plastic wrap. If it is damaged, defective or a shipment as a result of our error, you may exchange the item and will pay the shipping cost. Please do not ship items to us without getting an authorization from us first as it makes it impossible for us to track and credit your account.
